Orders Under 600 grams

Royal Mail 1st Class: 1st class recorded post. This is a insured and tracked service which usually takes only 1-2 days. However, its not a time-guaranteed service so in some cases it may take several days longer. This is a FREE delivery method.

Royal Mail Special Delivery by Noon: If you want your delivery guaranteed to arrive next day by noon, you can select this option for Royal Mail's special delivery service. This delivery method costs £2.70.

If your order is under 600 grams but you'd prefer a courier delivery then you can also select from the options below.

Orders Over 600 grams

Orders over 600g are sent by our courier, Parceline and generally require a signature. The following time specific options are available:

Parceline 24hr - This is a next working day service but occasionally the delivery may take an extra day. 24hr delivery is FREE on orders over £49.99 and £2.98 for orders under that amount.

Parceline 48hr - This service should take two working days, but occasionally may take an extra day or may arrive a day early. This service costs £2.50 on orders under £49.99.

Parceline Next Day By Noon - Our premium delivery service gets the parcel to you the following morning after despatch. Before Noon deliveries are given upmost priority in processing and delivery. Before Noon delivery is charged at £2 above the 24hr charge (£4.98 on orders under £49.99 and £2 on orders over £49.99)

Please note all delivery time estimates are subject to stock availability and receiving your order before 2.30pm. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and bank holidays.

If for any reason we expect that your order will not arrive within the specified times, we will e-mail or call you shortly after receiving your order. It is therefore very important for you to provide a valid e-mail address and contact number that we can get hold of you on. If your country is not listed, then we do not currently ship to that country. If this is the case, please send us a request and we will look into shipping to your country. Please do not place an order for an unlisted country without asking us first, as these incur us transaction fees for the payments you make. If you do this, then we will have to issue a refund, which will be minus the transaction fee incurred.
