number (this can be obtained from your invoice or confirmation e-mail and will
start with BSF for retail customers or BSFT for trade customers). Order enquiries
are most efficicently dealt with this way as it allows us to check our records
and our courier's records to locate the status of your parcel. We will always
get back to order status enquiries very quickly within working hours. Please
remember that someone needs to be in at the shipping address you give in order
for the parcel to be delivered and signed for. Usually if you are out parcelforce
will leave a card but occasionally they fail to do so, so please dont hesitate
to contact us if you have not received your order within 1-2 working days of
the expected arrival date.
