The Basics.
What a busy but fantastic weekend.
First let me cover the workout Si and I did.
Trained at home on the deck on Saturday afternoon.
Chins 15-to 1.
Started at a set of 15– the the next set 14– next 13 and so on right down to a couple of sets 3.
We then did some hang clean and press–5 sets of 5 adding up each set. After those we worked on 3 sets of high pulls. —By now it was raining –Not throwing it down —but just right—This was just awesome ( you had to be there ). The air was so clean—the workout so basic —just us and the bar —nobody about —open fields in front of us.
After a post workout drink and some raisons –Si–Lian, myself and my gang headed out for a meal—We had a great night.
Sunday morning I took Tracy to the BNBF show in Manchester.
Very good show —well run and packed to the seams.
Tracy came in 2nd —with Clare Harper taking the top spot.
Tracy did herself and me proud—she just has it — every -thing is just right. She will go so far in this sport –Well done girl, on to the finals.
Before I knew it I back here on Monday morning—mega busy yesterday.
Tuesday–not to bad today—will get some writing done.
Just about to get into some squats.
