Ace Day.

Good morning guys.
A late one today—I did not get up tell 5 am—wayhaaay—a lay in ehh.
Well I was awake from 3 —but I stayed putt—not wanting to wake the house up.
Just buzzing these days.
Worked like mad yesterday–a ton of clients–all worked ace—had an awesome day.
When I got home I went for a walk around the park with the kids —It was a nice evening, enjoyed that. Simple things are the best.
I later when I got in practiced my posing routine–then had a check out of myself.
Maybe the busy day—Maybe how it is all coming to a head now after all the weeks–Maybe the few more carbs in—But my condition “now” is the best I have ever had.
Can not wait till the show.
Got a few clients this morning, then I am off out for the afternoon with Chris –(one of my training partners)—We are off to train at Paul George’s gym today in Manchester.

Looking forward to a new change of pace for this workout—God I love to train.

New Program.

Good morning guys—hope you are all well and working towards your goals.
I am on week two now of the new Old School Program—killer last week–legs more so—could hardly walk on sunday.
The program is now up on the Old School section on my site.
So check it out and enjoy.
Eating a little more carbs again–thats nice–things could not be better—but I will keep pushing for more gains—more condition–I want to be the best I can be.
Chest and Back this morning—John Heaton is in the chain gang this morning.

Getting Ahead.

Good afternoon –good morning guys.
Getting ahead of myself here as I post in the morning—I have a new article that will need to be sorted in the morning, so hence you have my blog now.—The new article will be on my site over the weekend if all is well. It is the new Old School program, I am sure you will like it.
So keep a look out for that.

Well—seeing myself over the last few days—I would say I am ripped now.
Louise had a look at me last night and said “put some carbs back next week your shreaded”
For her to say that I must be.
Sooooo looking forward to eating up a bit now—my metabolism will increase and burn the last little smidch of fat —Fill out the muscles and make me look even more ripped.

Louise is very honest and will tell me if I am not right.
I have the green light.

I have been dieting slow and steady since Jan 3rd and it bloody shows–its the best way you keep all the muscle.
Lou has dieted with me and lost 24lbs now—her abs are ace.

So, it’s legs in the morning—look for the new program soon on my site.

Things are good.

Good morning guys.
Can not wait to train this morning—after a mega busy day yesterday– I feel even more ripped (burned so many cals)—So I am looking forward to seeing how things are looking today.
The new program is great—the chest and back workout on Tue has left me very sore, today is shoulders and arms.
I have been doing legs for a while on a Thur–but I have moved that back to a Sat–The reason –is it has been killing me–I have found it harder to recover.
At least on a Saturday–I finish early and I have Sunday to pull round a bit.
I am on with the new old school workout article, based on Robbys master plan, so it will be on my site soon.
Robby has sent me some awesome photos to go along with it.

You have so much to look forward to over the next few weeks.
New articles—new products –new DVD.
Tons of motivation —Motivation and inspiration are the fuel of gains and achivement.
