What No Legs!!.

Can not remember the last time I did not do legs on a Saturday.
As you will see on the Old School Section on my site—I now have legs set for Thursday.
Today I am going to knock the crap out of Chins and Dips and some other bits and bats.
This will feel so odd—I do not have that feeling of apprehension in me, like I would normally have on a Saturday.
This week has been a great week, very busy, but great, in training, eating and work.
I have had some good aches and I am tending to look a little sharper each week and feel mega. Tons of energy and very happy.
There is a lot to be said for good clean food and a positive mind set.

Having an ace week.

Good morning guys.
Just tapping this out this morning before I go and start those squats.
I have not been logging my weights this week as I am finding my way for the 5 rep sets.
I will logg them, starting next week.
My chest is killing from the other day—very good workout.
I feel just awesome —after that little rest—I always feel good –but a step back and rest did me and my business good.
I did so much work Monday and Tuesday–as productive as a two weeks–This happend for the simple fact that I had time to plan some stuff, while away- in my head.
My business is huge (for a PT business) and growing and in order to improve I do need think time.
Looking forward to the Yorkshire, I will be in the shape of my lfe—14 weeks to go and I can see striations coming in my glutes—So I am not just doing this –I want to prove to myself I can be better than at the Worlds.
Take care—off to squat and dead lift now.!!!.

Back to It.

Good morning guys and welcome to another post by bodyindesign.
Had a great growth week—Just did steady workouts as you know, this has allowed me to fill out a little.
Look very sharp and I am real happy with how I look, not bad for an old guy eh.
At the end of last week I even took a few days off work and had a weekend break in Bridlington.
This allowed me to recharge as well and spend some time with my family.
We stayed in a cottage on a farm a few miles just outside of Bridlington, it was just the best place you could imagine.
I was getting up on a morning and making a green tea and going stright outside-(dressed of course) Just stood in the open air looking out over the fields is hard to discribe how good this made me feel.
I love the out-doors –But with work I never get out much, so this was just heaven.
I had such a great time with the kids—and a dog we adopted from the farm called Jess—I boy dog called Jess–don’t ask me why–!!.
We played sticks for hours in the fields –great exercise and tons of clean air.
So much so I think a few nights I slept for 6 hours!!!.
We allso had a great time on the beach—just an awesome weekend.
The kids will remember this weekend for life—Little things that mean a lot is all they need. I made sure I thanked them both for spending time with me and told them how much I enjoyed having fun with them.
Louise got a bit of a rest –she sure needed it.
We both work so hard —that we made a pact to vist the cottage as often as we can.
One thing the kids found funny was—I banged my head three times in the cottage –(low beams)–Louise is 6 foot–never banged her’s, I am 5-4–It made the kids laugh.
So after a great week —it was back to it–Started on the new program this morning—for the program go to my Old School section on my site.

Growth Week.

Good morning guys and welcome to another quick post by bodyindesign.
On a growth week workout program this morning as explained in my last post.
This morning I worked through the other half of the program.
This week in order to aid recover even more, I have been spending my evenings stretching and trying to get to bed a little earlier.
Will be training on Tuesday next and starting my new program.
