I don't know of anyone that gets all the vitamins and minerals they need
from their diet. It's just not possible in today's world with today's

the miniscule RDA of vitamins and minerals.
To break it down into hard numbers you'll need 6-11 servings of bread,
cereal, rice, or pasta; 2-4 servings of fruit, 2-3 servings of meat, poultry,
or fish; 3-5 servings of vegetables; 2-3 servings milk, yogurt, and cheese.
This is each and every day and this is just to meet the RDA.
Quadruple the RDA, which is a good guideline as to what you should really
strive for, and your looking at 24 to 44 servings of rice, bread, and
pasta; 8 to 16 servings of fruit; 12 to 20 servings of vegetable, and
so on. Get the picture? And this does not take into account your activity
level, pollution that you breath, toxins that you consume daily, etc.
