can mix it with various liquids. Nice cold water works just fine and is
the best option for quick absorption. If you want a bit creamier shake,
or slower absorption, use fat-free skim milk. You can also use grape juice.
If you have a fast metabolism you may consider whole milk. This way you’ll
get the muscle-building benefits only VP2 provides as well as the added
calories to deal with your fast metabolism.
