| Contrary to what most think, AST Sports Science
Micronized Creatine will help increase speed and endurance. A recent study
showed creatine supplementation delayed fatigue in repeated bouts of sprint
running.¹ Another recent study improved the time of intense running
to exhaustion by 13%.² This study concluded,
"...that creatine supplementation helps to prolong the time during
which the maximal rate of power output could be maintained".
Though first thought to be only beneficial to strength athletes, studies
