There is no accurate answer to this. There are
too many other factors involved that effect muscle growth. Creatine increases
cell volume by increasing the fluid holding capacity of the muscle cell.
This increases muscle weight, size and strength as well as long term muscle
accrual. You should see an increase in strength and size in a relatively
short period of time. Some have reported as much as 10 pounds in 2 weeks.
This is exceptional but certainly possible provided the correct training
program and nutritional support are in place. |
